We are very fortunate at Castor School that our site is set in beautiful surroundings and has access to open green spaces close by.  We appreciate this very much and have gained our Silver Eco-Schools Award to show that we care about and want to look after our environment.

Our Green Club helps to look after our pond garden and the wildlife area. We keep the garden areas tidy and love spotting the frogs and mini-beasts that enjoy living in our pond.

The children also encourage everyone to look after the environment and enjoy thinking of ways for the school to save energy and avoid waste.
